1. Do not take my scratch work off of my models. this includes my textures. Do not asset mine my avatars/buy for parts. My textures/Materials/Animation/Particles/Edits/ETC stay on my models. All of it. You can edit my models, but you cannot bring ANYTHING of what is mine to a different project. Do not take parts off of my models even if you have purchased the commercial licenses to the original asset.

2. You CAN use my models/assets for monetization as long as my gumroad AND/OR server are credited, and are easily viewable. (like video description) this includes adult content, twitch, etc.
Note: you cannot sell art/merch/etc.. anything related to my characters, designs, or my brand name. If you are unsure about something you want to do with my work, ask me first! For example: You cannot make adoptables or repost your art of my OCs as your own. You can ask someone to draw a picture of you and your partner when wearing my models!)
Note 2: I am not liable for actions taken in my models. For example- hate crimes. :) I do not promote this and never will.
Note 3: You cannot profit off of editing my models. This includes PC or Quest edits/conversions. You both must own the package and no one is to make $ off of my work. You cannot abuse referral links to profit off of my shop.

3. By purchasing my models you agree you are 18+ since all of my models are NSFW by default. Using a parents card to purchase my models while you are underage is prohibited, even with their approval.

4. Do not make my avatars/assets public or shared (regardless if they are nsfw/sfw or edited/non-edited). My models will stay in private ownership of the 1 user listed on the receipt. Failure to do so will result in both the buyer and the receiver being punished. This goes for any game or site, not just VRChat. Do not repost my work in your nitro channel or other places.

5. No refunds. If you chargeback/refund a model and do not correct it, you will be reported to gumroad/paypal/your bank. If the model is broken, ask for help. If it is broken for you it is likely broken for everyone (or you did something simple wrong, and we can easily fix it together)! Let me help you!! Don't just force a refund. I will fix it, refund the model, or other compensation agreed upon at the time if the model is broken. ALTHOUGH I am not responsible for updates breaking my models. I release models as is for that version of VRChat. I will try to fix update related bugs (free of charge)- but I am not obligated to.

6. No price splitting. You cannot put $10 in, while sally does $10, and bob does $10. Meaning you have $30 to spend and everyone gets the package. No.

7. Banned = No Commercial Use. No using assets/avatars for anything other than personal use if you are banned from my gumroad/shopify/discord. This means no free/nitro/sale/commissioned models, no streaming or making videos of any kind using my content, etc. You may ONLY use them personally/privately. c: don't get banned.

Due to the product being digital, all sales are final. If you are unsure you will like it, don't buy it. Public versions may be released in my world depending on model/asset types, and you can try it on then.

If you only have paypal but no debit/credit card and want to purchase, ask a friend to fill out the receipt under your name and gift you the model using Gumroads gifting feature (click for more info), and you can pay them back! If they do not use the gifting feature, your license is not valid. Come to me ASAP to get it corrected.

Do not buy my models without basic unity knowledge, or without a friend that can call you and walk you though it. You cannot send the files for someone else to upload for you. You cannot send someone else the files for quest conversion. They must ALSO purchase it for themselves. I cannot teach everyone unity. If you need help post in "avatar-help" in my server and I, or a staff member will assist you.

By purchasing any of my models you automatically agree that you have been given the opportunity to view my TOS (regardless if you chose to read it or not) and failure to follow them can/will result in server ban(s), DMCA, etc.
